Leave the city way behind in your rearview mirror and enjoy the great outdoors and a super-stylish indoors in this chic cabin for up to 10 guests. This is one of the most contemporary duplex cabin condominiums on the Crystal Springs Resort complex, with modern furnishings and fittings throughout, selected by pro interior designers. They include pieces from west elm, article and others hand-picked from the owner’s travels. All blend-in effortlessly with homely features, including houseplants and an indoor fireplace, to deliver a relaxing environment with spectacular views that’s as memorable as it is comfortable. LOUNGE / DINING AREA Here’s a bright and open space with a corner couch, armchair and coffee table. The fireplace will get the temperature of the room just how you like it, and bench style seating offers up somewhere everyone can gather for food and maybe card or board games in the evenings. KITCHEN Adjacent to the dining area, this kitchen takes stylish to the next level. Check out the blue cabinets, gold handles and faucets and a salt and pepper countertop that play host to modern appliances including a dishwasher, stovetop, microwave and Keurig coffee machine. The cabin also features a washer/dryer for easy care of all your laundry needs. MOVIE ROOM Rest up in our downstairs movie styled living room area, watching a show or two on the 65-inch flat screen TV that gives you access to Netflix and Cable TV. There’s even a popcorn machine to really give you a full taste of the home cinema experience. BEDROOMS Two of the bedrooms have queen size beds and the third two full twin size beds and plenty of storage space for your belongings. The common space has two queen size Murphy beds, So unpack and make yourselves at home. BATHROOMS There are luxury family bathrooms both upstairs and downstairs, so no one need wait long to get ready at the start of another great day in NJ.  OUTDOORS You also have a private covered deck with great woodland and mountain views. Please note the following important details: • While our home is located inside the resort, all amenities, including pool access, are managed exclusively by Minerals Resort. We, as homeowners, do not oversee these amenities. For access and information regarding fees and pricing, please contact the spa directly (not the front desk) at Minerals. These amenities are just a few minutes from our home. • Guests must be 21 years or older to book a stay at our home. Children accompanied by a legal guardian are exempt from this requirement. If you are under 21, you must have a 4.5–5 star rating to be considered eligible to book with us. Identification will be required. • We have a strict no-pet policy. This includes service animals, as the homeowner has severe allergies. A $250 fee will be charged immediately if this rule is violated. • Although our listing states we offer a crib, we actually provide a pack-and-play for toddlers. Unfortunately, Airbnb does not have a specific option to list a pack-and-play. • Due to the value of items in the home, we reserve the right to request identification from all guests at the time of booking. • Smoking is strictly prohibited. A $250 fee will be charged for any violations. This does not include any additional costs for damage or deep cleaning of furniture associated with smoking.

House rules

We are looking forward to welcoming you to our property and want to make your stay as good as possible. Please take a moment to read our house rules so that your trip is successful and relaxing! The house cannot be used as a party or event venue under any circumstances due to it being a holiday home. Unfortunately, any resident who throws an event or party will be asked to vacate the property immediately, no exceptions. Being in a family resort is great if you are traveling with youngsters. However, there is a 11pm-9am curfew so that families can enjoy peaceful nights as well as fun days. This curfew includes not playing loud music or sitting out on the deck in large groups. As part of our commitment to this curfew, we have installed sound monitors that measure decibels and we will issue a first warning if you go over the noise limit. If we must issue a second warning you will be asked to vacate the premises. This is a no smoking property with Nest smart smoke detectors fitted around the home. No pets are permitted, with no exceptions. If this rule is broken you will be charged a $250 dollar fee and will be asked to leave the home. Only the registered guests who are on the booking form may stay at the house, to a maximum of 10 people. State identification must be provided upon acceptance of the booking, Only these guest may enter and leave the home. No fireworks permitted at any time. No trespassing onto other properties as this could be dealt with by local law enforcement agents. No eating or drinking in any of the bedrooms. No more than two cars to be permitted on site at any time. If you park outside of the house, you are likely to be towed and this will incur additional expense. You will be sent some guidance for checkout that must be followed. You can expect to receive this four hours before you are due to vacate. For unconfirmed late check out we will allow a 15 minute grace period to gather your belongings, additional time will be fined $250 dollars. Please ensure that all lights and the AC/heating system is turned off when you are not in the property. Guest are required to recycle and separate all their waste and dispose of it in our metal garbage bins located at the entrance of our parking entrance in the back of the home. Failure to do so will result in a $75 fine. When you book your trip, you will be given your check-in and check-out times, these must be adhered to as our cleaning crew will arrive to clean up at the check-out time. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in the cleaning crew fine ($300/hour) being passed on to you for payment. If there are any stained or missing towels or linens, we will charge your card for the cost to replace. Towels $25, bed linens $200 (if you use fake tan or wear heavy makeup then you may prefer to bring your own linens. The laundry machine is not for short term guest use. Guest staying 3 days or more are allowed to use the machine. (Soap is not include) BBQ must be fully cleaned if left uncleaned guest will incur a $75 cleaning fee. We welcome pets with a small fee of $25 in our home. Stains, pet hair, or droppings left behind by the pet are the owner's responsibility. Come here to escape from it all in a cool cabin-style home, to sample the delights of the facilities at the Crystal Golf Resort, to ski at Mountain Creek, or all three. Here’s an overview of some of the delights that await: Crystal Springs Resort - heated indoor and outdoor swimming pools, an underground aquarium, steam room and sauna, jacuzzis, a basketball court, gym, tennis courts and more. Elements Spa & Salon – is also on the resort. What’s the point of going away if you can’t find time for a pampering session or three? Mountain Creek Ski Resort - just 3 minutes away is a huge 167 acres of ski-friendly terrain, plus 51 mountain biking trails and a golf course too. There’s also a waterpark with over 20 slides for thrill seekers who like to make a splash Warwick Valley Winery - taste some wine, and some more, and maybe a bit more for good measure, on a great day out. Hidden Valley Ski Resort - a national winter activity center for skiers and snowboarders of all levels.

Guest access

Check-in and Check-out is flexible depending on availability and house keeping. Guests will have full access to the house. You have a full kitchen with all kitchen amenities including a Keurig coffee machine, hot water kettle, dishwasher. Guest have three bedrooms and 2 murphy beds in the den/movie room (Pretty cool actually). We have two dens/living rooms, and the dining area seats 10 at the table. The dining consist of a 10 person reclaimed wood table with reclaimed wood benches and leather seating with a cabin chandelier hovering right over the table…the coolest dining space ever :) We have the strongest wifi available in the area, so you can stream, download and even game live with 70MBPS download and 7up. We also have a 65 inch smart TV in our entertainment room for watching Netflix, Amazon or any other app you enjoy. We're super excited to share that we are a a smart home! Keyless entry for extra easy check-in and check-out and a nest thermostat for eco-friendly temperature control. Additionally to ensure the security of the property and our guests, we have installed two exterior cameras (a doorbell camera and a patio camera on the ground level), please make sure all guests are registered in advance in your booking. Both cameras record video and audio when motion is detected only outside the door, neither camera shows the interior of the property.

Great Communication from staff. Gave great recommendation and the house was very cozy and clean. Many things to do nearby and I would recommend this for a party up to 10. I would definitely recommend this to friends and come back in the future for another hike!!!

Find us

You’ll need a car to get here, but once you arrive, there’s so much to do both in the Crystal Springs Resort and in the surrounding area, that you won’t need to travel far for your entertainment.
